What is a Sacred Sound Awakening?
The Sacred Sound Awakening is experienced differently by each participant.
Lying in a comfortable posture on mats and cushions, each participant is invited to unravel all tensions and bask in the deep resonance of the Sacred Sounds. There is time for quiet integration at end of the session.
Participants find the Sacred Sound Awakening experience deeply relaxing, restorative, and restful. It can also be stimulating, cathartic, activating, and inspiring.
Participants are supported in opening to deep states of inner peace and profound loving presence. Realizations, new self awareness, insights and clarity can emerge, during the session and/or in the days and weeks following.
Waves of emotion can release as old patterns of energetic holdings unravel and free up, leaving you whole and with a greater spaciousness and capacity to engage with life. Spontaneous forgiveness can emerge and self-love open. Each person’s experience is so unique, the perfect unfolding for the next level of their personal evolution, transformation and wellbeing.

The Sacred Sound Awakening is a form of energy medicine. Received directly from Spirit during her work in the etheric realms while offering energy healing sessions, the Sacred Sound Awakening has developed into a unique and powerful modality over the last twenty years.
The Sacred Sound Awakening channels frequencies of sound through awakened voice. These high frequencies of light/information/sound are received from the celestial and inner earth realms to bring harmonization, healing, and activation of your true self and original divine blueprint (true purpose and unique gifts) for this life. “When I attended Rhiannon's sound healing workshop for grief, I did not know what to expect. I was admittedly anxious to open up to healing in an unfamiliar group setting using a method that I had never tried before. Rhiannon introduced herself in a way that was humble and honest. In the beginning, she clearly explained the work which helped me to understand what we would be doing. She also provided us time to share and become more acquainted with each other, giving us options to speak or just listen and be present. Before we began the sound healing process, she led a grounding activity to bring us into the room in our bodies and set our intentions. She invited us to participate at whatever level of engagement was comfortable and reassured the group that it was okay for individuals to move and shift physically in and out of the space with respect to others as necessary.
